Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we request that you contact us directly by telephone for arrangements. We are available 7 days a week from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST at 1-800-874-6451. We are closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. You may also email the store at email@example.com.
Orders can be modified or canceled up until they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of its original receipt. All items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. All original packaging must be included. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, and the original shipping fees are not refundable. We recommend that you use a tracking number to ship your return, as any lost merchandise is the customer's responsibility.
If your order is incorrect or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
